Q: Hard to Breath, Weid Feeling In My Throat

Hi to everyone suffering from anxiety, I have had it for 4 years since I had my first kid and is not fun at all, I have had many symptoms mainly worry about my heart, but now I have like a weird shortnees of breath or like a feeling of something stock in my throat, like if I had to cough, any of you relate to this or similar. Please help.

I always have a hard time breathing and have the cough thing, too. I haven't found any ways to get rid of it, but it helps to know when other people are experiencing the same thing!

I get problems breathing or think I get problmes breathing when I talk to much sometimes whe at a bar or different places were I have to talk alot,i dont have a cough,none asthma but im convinced I do but then again I know its anxiety and youres is probably too,whats up backhome

hi there, I have difficulty taking in breaths, as well as having sever asthma, I have developed vcd, from have gerd/ heartburn. Try checking out this web site cantbreaththesuspectedvcd.Com it can't hurt to check it out.. All the best :lol:
