Q: Low Cost, Average Health

What I would want is average health, not to take "all the nutrients/supplements" but to take most of them.

B :so I could consider not taking beer yeast anymore, just stay with regular full-corn bread which has most b-vitamins available.

C :eat two oranges a day. (at large intervals between each other)

calcium : I could get it from eating extremely small fish with bones which contain almost 100% calcium.(bones are so small that they provide low or no resistance to teeth)

now i've not thought of the other nutrients I need. Of course there's vitamin a, which I can get from carrots, and so on..

All replies welcome.
