About three years ago I had two surgeries on my lower back b/c I had a pylenidal cyst. The first surgery drained it, then the second everything damaged was removed. Now for as far as I can remeber I have bladder probs where I constantly feel the need to pee, and sometimes when I do go I feel sick down in that area, but kinda on the surface. Is it possible that perhaps if any nerve damage can make this sickly feeling ocur? I have had so many diff tests and everything appears to be normal. It's frustrating. Can anyone help?

Bladder Cancer
My dad has bladder cancer grade 1, low grade.
He has been given BCg treatment for about 10 months and it keep on reoccuring. He was visiting us in US for 5 months and did not get any treatment during this period and now when he went back it has re-occured again though it is a low grade there is concern that it might cause back-pressure in the kidney because the way it is situated. Before getting BCG treatment he has also gotten urinary bladder partially removed an had developed harnia at that time. We are still struggling with what would be best treatment for him now. He is 69 year old and has been chain smoker (5-6 Packs) a day all his life. This has also resulted in serious lungs problems in past during partial surgery. He does not respond to anesthetia very well due to lung problems. Eventhough we know surgery is the way to go, there is a panic in the family due to the past experience. Asking him to quit smoking does not work. I don't think he will ever quit even after all the suffering he has gone through. Two treatment options given to us are radiation therapy or surgery. Please advice?
