My 23 month old son has a hard bump on the bottom of his ribs. I asked him if it hurt and he said "No". What could this be?

A “hard bump” at the bottom of your son's ribs could be a benign tumor. I recommend you to bring your son to a child’s surgeon to investiage and diagnose the bump.
