Hello.

I'm having back pains on the right side of my back, it feels like its down the side of my spine but over the past few days it feels like its moving further inside me and under my ribs.

It's not effected by movement, however it makes it comfier if I sit with my back bent to the right side, but it still hurts.

Ive noticed my natural breathing isn't quiet as deep as normal.

Its been hurting for about 5 days now.

I'm a relatively active person, I get enough excersise, I havn't done any lifting recently that I think could have caused it, or been in any compromising positions.

Just woke up one morning and it was there.

Any suggestions?

Compromising Position
Hi

looks like a pull in your interscapular muscles. See a therapist and if he feels so then you can see a neurosurgeon for the same.
