Q: Growing Pains

Hello.
I am 17 1/2 year old female. When I was younger from about 4 on I got bad growing pains in my legs. I would get them frequently and would take tylenol or whatever. My question is that I still get these growing pains in my legs now. Im wondering if this is normal or not. I havent "grown" in about 3 years. I am physical active by going to the gym but im not intensely into sports which I know could cause them. I get them still frequently sometimes once a week or once every 2 weeks sometimes 3 times a week. I usually have to take advil and sometimes I am in tears because it hurts very badly. Just wondering if anyone has had expierence with this.

Investigate taking extra magnesium....Chances are you are deficient in this mineral and probably others as well. Check on the web, by typing in symptoms of magnesium deficiency and see if perhaps you have other symptoms. Magnesium is safe and can be taken to bowel tolerance, ie when the bms start to get loose lower the dose. :)

Do you get leg cramps as well? Cuz I get bone pain sometimes too.. And doc suggested me to take calcium and magnesium since I am allergic to milk products. Hope I helped. Good luck =d
