I know this is related to my desiccated / herniated l4-5.
I fell flat on my face saturday night b/c my ankle lost stability... Which isn't fun but I was wondering just how serious this is?

Hi

difficult to say without seeing your mri images. If you have dessicated or disc bulge, then it is ok. If you have extruded disc, then it is worrysome. Do visit your physician or neurologist
