Hello i'm new to these forums,, I find myself looking for answers on my back and arm skin issues.
Few basics,, i'm 26 living in missouri.. Healthy male
i have had these skin issues as long as I can remember but its not until recently I really cared about them (when pointed out by my significant other)

on my upper arms there are lots and lots of tiny red bumps,, they arn't acne that I can tell,, they arn't itchy or painful.. They are just there. They tend to be 1mm in diameter or less,, they are all the same size.
They extend some onto my shoulders but not really on my back.

the issue on my back are the colorless. Less circular than the issues on my arms, they are kind of flat on the top but all seem to be the same raised distance from my skin,, but they don't take up the same area,, ie not all the same size. They tend to be 3-4mm in diameter.

Any help defining these issues would be appreciated.
