Uterine Prolapse

I had uterine and bladder prolapse but only went ahead to have the bladder repair (4 months ago). At the time I did not want a hysterectomy so my gynae agreed to just do the bladder and see how I go.Though he said personally he would of had the uterus removed. I still have pressure on my bladder, worse when I am constipated as well. I still have bladder frequency, better some days than others. I also have lots off discharge, cervical erosion and nabothian cysts. Do you think I should seriously think about the hysterectomy? And do you think this may sort out my frequency. I am now fed up with the bladder frequency and pressure. My gp says it could be interstitial cystitis, but I am hoping it is where my uterus is prolapsed.

If I go ahead and have a hysterectomy and have my cervix removed as well (but not ovaries) what are the chances of me going into menopause and how will it effect my sex life afterwards. The thought of not have a cervix there feels strange.
