Q: Does Whole Milk Cause Constipation in 19-Month old Children?

Can you please tell me if Whole milk causes constapation? I have 19 month old twins and they are both suffering. what can I do? I have switched them to soy milk. Do you think that will help?

You might consider using adapted milk for babies, bought from the pharmacies. You can prepare the milk as it is written on the package. First, however, you must go to your babies’ pediatrician for an expert opinion and help in managing the twins' bowel movements.
