I've been ttc for a while now and have it in my mind I just can't get preggy. well I know its to soon to tell cause my last day on my period was the 1st. But for the past few days i've been throwing up like crazy my boobs are so sore and all I do is sleep. I know its all in my head. Im prolly about to get sick with a virus or something and my boobs could be sore cause I went up a bra size and there still growing(which I doubt) and I do work full time. But when you want a baby so bad these little things get to you. Will someone please help me from going insane...Lol. *~*~*baby dust to everyone*~*~*

I can only offer understanding.

We decided to try for another one thi month and I cannot stop thinking about it. My cycles are weird and I cannot figure them out. I am exhausted as well, and feeling bloated. But my cycle strted on the 2nd of march, so have a long way to go this month.

God bless while trying to stay sane.

I've posted this before but i'll say it again.

It's harder than people think to get pregnant. I read somewhere that even if you have sex at exactly the right moment there's only a 25% chance of conceiving. Personally I think all the charting and whatnot is too stressful, which is why I never bothered. My advice is just to have lots of sex around the middle of your cycle when you should be ovulating (or even better, have lots of sex all month long). Most doctors won't consider that you are having infertility issues until you've been actively trying for at least a year with no luck. It took me 8 months my first time around and 4 this time, so it takes time and patience. Just remember, it's not as easy as just having unprotected sex!

Good luck!

Thanks. And the only doctor i've seen said my body just might not be ready. How do I know its ready? But I honestly just think she was trying to hurry with the appointment I didn't really like her. Im now waiting on my new insurance to kick in before I go to another doc. And as far as ttc it's almost a year now. My birthday was saturday so my sweetheart bought me a puppy to try to fill the hole in my heart. He'd give me the world if he could. God we're so ready to be parents......

Some Tips.......
I understand dear.

I have been ttc for 2 years now n still childless. I hope this round I get pregnant.

So maybe for a start u can try some things, like reducing caffine intake, picking up some exercises or games to energise ur body, eat lots of healthy stuff, if u lack of vitamins or minerals get some, try see a doc for fertility check just to have a peace of mind that both u n ur man r ready n have no problem with health wise. Then is ur menstrual cycle regular.......... Is the blood flow bright red and flowing well instead of just abit or spotting like......

Start fresh n new. Do a checklist n try one by one.......... Narrow down ur options n while doing so have lots of sex. After sex lay down for atleast 20mins, if u feel the semen is coming out, dun get up, just wipe with a tissue.

This are certain things that might help u along. Dun worry, if u do, ur body will be stressed up n even if u conceive, a stressful body cannot carry a baby, so be happy n cheerful............ U will see alot of changes in ur body n health...
