I am a 19 year old student at umass lowell. Almost as long as I can remember I havent taken regular bowel movements. I am just about positive that I am constipated, but do not want to admit it and have never told anyone I have problems. I semi-frequently have rectal bleeding. My bowel movements are once a week, on a really good week. I've never said anything to anybody, although I believe my parents have an idea because there is not a toilet on this earth that can contain my bowel movements. Please give me some help or an idea or suggestion or anything. It would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sincerely,
troubled student

Bowel Movements
Try reading "cleanse & purify thyself" book 1 by richard anderson, n.D., n.M.D. The book talks about how to cleanse your intestinal tract. There is a whole process..To long to write...But I suggest picking it up and reading it and then do the cleanse. You might also want to try to eat a lot more fresh and raw vegetables and fruits.

You need to get to a doctor--rectal bleeding is a sign of serious problems, and you could be in danger.

Please see a medical professional
