I have allergies and at night I do this very annoying noise what can I do to stop it

There are typically a lot of allergens in the bedroom.

Try putting plastic coverings over your matress and pillows and remember to wash sheets and pillow cases regularly. If you have any pests do not let them in the room and remember not to smoke or spray perfumes, hairspray, or anything else with strong odors in the room.
