Q: Stomach Problems W/fever

For the past few days I have had a fever, all-over body aches, insomnia, sweats, and chills. Then starting yesterday I began having stomach pain right below my rib cage and also in my lower abdomen. I had lost my appetite, but after gaining it back, I found that when I did attempt to eat anything, it just made the pain worse. A mild onset of diarrhea has set in just today. I am unable to sleep for more than an hour at a time after taking a pain reliever/fever reducer. Just curious if anyone has any idea as to what this could be, or how to treat the symptoms. Question

You may just have a stomach virus try drinking lots fluids and drinking warm broths and if you have a very high fever I suggest you go to the emergency
