For the past couple of weeks wheni go to the bathroom and defecate, my bottom really hurts. When I go it feelslike I am being ripped and then sort of "stings" for a while and there is mild discomfort constantly. I had a yeast infection leading up to this which was caused by an antibiotics and has been treated and cured. I am at my wits end... Any thoughts
