Does This Sound Like Hiv Symptoms - Please Respond

Help requd from anyone on this forum :

i am a 35 year old working in
gulf region - kuwait. To sum the reason I am writing to you is
that I haven't been keeping well lately and the
sympthoms seems very strange. Lack & strict medical
facilities don't help us much out here . I don't know the procedure followed on this forum but would appreciate an advice.
Scared & stressed that I might be infected with hiv. About 6 months met a stranger ended up having oral and
vaginal unprotected sex for just a single encounter
lasting for maybe 1/2 hour with pre-ejaculation. Am
not sure of the hiv status of that person.
Sympthoms that followed after 6 months:
1)dullish lower back pain - full day, which went off after a while.
2) pain during sex, just at moment of insertion of the penis & burning sensation during the process. Have been sexually active after that with just a single partner who is hiv-.
3) unlubricated vagina.
4) heavy vaginal discharge for abt 15-20 days
5) delay in mensuration cycle.
6) facial twitching
7) puffy & watery eyes
8) pain in teeth and bleeding gums.Ear pain.
9) piles.
6,7,8,9 went off after a while.
9) constant sore throat and a pain in the right side of the neck that is constant, pain under the tongue, whitish tongue, and my tongue burns when I have certain foods like hot food or spicy foods.
10) sometimes upper chest gets kinda of painful.
11) numb sensation in my hands and palms, joint pains, stiff muscles.
Now my whole nerves hurt like crazy, joints ache
hands gives off pins & needles kinds of sensation
12) few red spots on my breast.
13) one day of vomiting & dirreaha, no fever till now.
But ouch my throat hurts like hell !
14) frequent nasal congestion
15) swollen glands in the throat

the sympthoms are crazy looks like my whole body is infected.
I know the only
way to be accurately sure of is to take an hiv/aids
test, but these test down here is not conducted
locally and in private medical institues, only
health ministries are allowed to conduct these test
and expats if found with any infectious disease are strip of their job title & deported you back
home as if you were a criminal or something and it's
a nightmare.

Have been going over the net like crazy to check out for information.
1) do my symphtoms sound familar to you ?
2) what are my chances of being infected with hiv during a single oral/vaginal unprotected intercourse?
3) what is the period that hiv sympthoms start to show after intial infection ?
4) how long does it take to fully blow into aids ?
5) is it possible to fight it off without medication for a while?
6) how do you get that sore throat off ?
7) million other question but would appreciate answers to the ones above.
In case you need my e-mail address to reply back it's a nniefernandes69@yahoo.Com.
Awaiting you'r reply with anticipation ...
Ms. Confused.

Risks

There is roughly a 1 to 3 % risk of infection from hiv from unprotected vaginal sex.
Six months is too long after the episode to be encountering initial symptoms.

Your questions:

1. Yes. But not specific to hiv. Most of them are not common initial hiv symptoms
2. Impossible to detemine accurately, but not high at all. See above for a rough approximation.
3. Usually three to six weeks. Very rarely, longer - there is only one documented case of it taking six months. Some people have no symptoms at all.
4. Up to ten years without medication. Sometimes longer
5. Yes. Up to an indefinite period. Depending on individual responses to medication, a person can live a full life.
6. Don't know what you mean. Suck a strepsil?

The symptoms or lack thereof, are never helpful for diagnosis, or your state of mind. Have a test three months after the encounter for a definite result. Try not to worry. You are more likely to be negative than positive from one encounter. If the person was hiv positive in the first place.
That said, I am very confident that your symptoms are not ars, since they are not the usual symptoms associated with it, and it was so long after the episode.
All you need to be concerned with is that you had unprotected sex.
