I was just wondering how effective is birthcontrol if you wear no condom, get some cum in the vagina and pull out? We started doing it on birthcontrol unprotected after the 2nd month on the pill. Only one was missed and it was a sugar pill.

Missing a sugar pill does not interfere with effectiveness. The sugar pills are just reminders to keep you in the habit of taking a pill every day. It sounds like you're pretty safe. When the pill is used perfectly, it's about 99% effective.

The pill is supposed to be so effective that you don't need any additional method of birth control, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Besides the pill isn't 100% effective.
