Q: Advice / Tips Needed

Hi there

i'm a 17 year old guy, student in the last year of my a-levels.

I have a girlfriend, and before I got with her I was a virgin. She's had a serious boyfriend before me, and is pretty experienced when it comes to sex.

We've only had sex once, about a week ago. Being my first time, naturally it didn't last very long for me lol. But now i'm nervous that it's guna be like this a lot until I get into the swing of it, and because of this i've obviously taken a hit to my confidence, and so because of that i'm thinking i'm not guna be any good next time etc... Basically it's a pretty vicious circle lol.

Basically, was just hoping anybody could give me any advice or tips to:

a) become more confident in the bedroom

b) stop myself from cumming so quickly!

Any help would be cool!

Tj

Don't worry about it, my first time lasted about 10 seconds. Two good things:

1. It lasts a little longer every time you do it
2. You can do it shortly after your finished, and the second time lasts a long time

It's perfectly normal to be nervous in the bedroom when you're just starting out. You can feign confidence but they can smell your fear. Lol... My best advice is to not try and hide your concern but instead show her that you're trying: use a thicker condom (or a condom, if you're not using one), give her lots of foreplay attention with your fingers and, if you're adventerous, your tongue... After 15 or so minutes of that, do your thing.

Practice makes perfect. :)

Just cum during foreplay. By time ur ready to get in the sack, you will be hard and will go for a long time. Works fore me 100% of the time, guarenteed or your money back!

wrong.

If your short endurance continues, take these following pieces of advice into consideration:

exercise
eat well
kegel exercises
drink water
have confidence
foreplay
jerk off before you know you will have sex. No less than 15 minutes before sex, no more than 2 hours. Just like kiemister said to do. It will definitely help

yeah I should have mentioned 15 mins b4. Umm... 2 hours? Thats kinda long. Try within 15-45 mins. Plus, the longer the foreplay, usually the more intimate the experience. If u want some tips on some great foreplay, u can do what I do! It can be summed up in two words, whipped cream.... =-) spray it from the crease of her breasts all down to in her inner thighs. If u need more in depth detail about my tricks add me on aim, kiemyster.
