I Need Help, Pregnancy Is So Complicated

Can you become pregnant while spotting a little over a month after a miscarriage? Could you become pregnant with hcg's still in your system. Dont know how this works. I stopped bleeding a week after miscarriage 2-7-2006, and started bleeding again about a week ago. (spotting) what is going on? Last week my hcg was about 150.

I got pregnant less than a month after my misscarrige (im 9 weeks now). It is a sticky situation on how to tell if your hormones are from the misscarige or from a new pregnancy. You should not rely on a home preg test, go to your doc right away if you think you may be preg because it is very possible. The spotting could be left over tissue from your misscarrige. Your hcg was still kind of high, how far along were u when u misscarried?

Well it really depends on where the blood was actually from, if it was the conclusion of your misscarrige, your body could have been already ovulating, but if this was a portion of your period than of course the chances are slim. How heavy is the spotting? Because if its light, very light , then there are a few reasons why you could be spotting and some could have nothing to do with a period or misscarrige.

Well the spotting started off real light (only on tolet paper when I wipped) then it got a little heavier like a few drops on a psd, if that. It a dark color, but not at all like a period. Like I said though, it has been happening for about a week... So I could be pregnant, is it safe to try??

Well I definitly would wait until I know why the spoting was occuring. If its from some sort of infection (which you are very prone to have after a misscarrige) than you need to refrain from intercourse cuz this will only make it worse. At least wait until you have stopped spotting, if it keeps occuring I would go back to the doctor. The spotting is probobly normal but you should wait on sex just in case. Besides, sex could eventually make the bleeding heavier and thats the last thing you want.

Well that is sort of what happend, it was very little to no bleeding until we started having sex... But the dr checked me and said there was no infection at all. So...

Now I would say the best thing to do is to just wait it out and see. Goodluck!!!
