Q: Do I Have Arthritis?

Hi, I am a 23 year old male. I cannot figure out what is wrong with me, and think it is probably arthritis. It started about a month ago, one of my knees hurt for a few days, then stopped. A day or two later my other knee did the same thing. Then my shoulder started hurting, and has continued to hurt for about a week now. This morning I woke up, and my other shoulder hurts too. It hurts real real bad. If I hold my arms by my side, it does not hurt, but if I try to raise them the pain in my shoulders are unbearable.

Also, I have been really tired lately, and have been getting really bad headaches. I also seem to have a mild fever occasionally. And I even feel a bit dizzy or disoriented at times, especially in the mornings.

Can anyone help me? I am very confused, and very angry about this. When I raise my arm up, the pain in my shoulder almost makes me want to cry.
