5 days seems like a really long time to me. I thought food moved faster through the body. It is like I am always 'full' and as soon as I eat, I have to go. Can I shorten this time so it only takes 2-3 days to pass through my system? Maybe then I wouldnt be so full all the time and have to go immediately after eating. I know it takes 5 days because I am lactose intolerant and when I eat something like pizza, I will get a very loose stool just about 5 days later. I do eat a good amount of fiber, vegatables and drink lots of water. I rarely drink soda and cut out coffee and tea completely. I drink occasionally on the weekends and exercise 4-5 days a week with some weights and 30mins of running. I have been trying to figure out my system for the last couple years and finally have narrowed it down to milk products, greasy foods, stress and caffeine that cause a lot of problems. I have virtually eliminated these but still have a couple problems I would like to get figured out. Thanks for any help!

I had some blood tests recently for allergies, diabetes, cholestrol and yes I do feel tired all the time. I think its because I dont sleep well though.
