Hand Numb At Night
Avatar
I wake up almost every night with my right hand numb. I went to the doctor and I could not believe what he said. He said that due to taking my birth control pill at night when I am sleeping, and inactive, I am having vascular spasms which could result in a stroke (im only 27) so I figured I would post this incase anyone else ever heard of this. He told me to take an aspirin daily with my bp pill to prevent stroke, but instead I just quit taking it and am seeing what happens. So far for 2 nights out of 3 I havent had symptoms since I quit taking it. Also I have been on the pill for 10 years. Im just posting so other people can see if this relates to them.
