Q: Extreme Pain in the Right Testicle
asked by: DoctorQuestion on March 9th, 2006
Hi.
Ive been suffering for about 2 years with my right testicle feeling like its been kicked. My scrotum often goes through this wave of tingling feeling.i often feel like i need to urinate but not much comes out.i also get a clear discharge.I get this feeling of anxiety and my heart beat seems to be racing alot and often skips a beat.I've also got this strange dizziness which makes me feel tiered and unable to concentrate.I've been to the doctors and clinic but given the all clear by swabs, blood and urine tests.Do you have any idea of what is wrong so i can pull myself out of this living hell.

Experencing pain in the testicles is usually related to inflammation. Inflammation of the testicle is oftehn accompanied by swelling, local/generally increased temperature, and redness. You can request an ultrasound examination of the right testicle. There is a possibility also that testicle pain associated with dizziness, tiredness, and lack of concentration is caused by a psycho-somatic disorder. You might consider following up with a mental health professional in this case.
