Q: Thrush Question

After giving oral sex I got this white stuff on my tongue within a few days, less than a week. This white stuff doesn’t scrape off and ive still got it a month on. My question is do you think it is to early to get thrush as a symptom of hiv and two should it be able to scrape off with a toothbrush. I know the only way to find out if im infected is to get tested and people experience different symptoms but I still would like to know a bit more about it as I carnt get tested for another 2 months. I know my odds are low as well but I have experienced allot of symptoms related to hiv ad am quit worried. Thanks for any replies they will be very helpful in sorting my self out until I get tested.

Thrush And Hiv
Though thrush is a common symptom of hiv related patients, its a minor symptom for ars. Thrush could also be due to the oral sex ( felatio) you had with the partner. Check for any std infection though not specific. Take a strep test if necessary if thrush prolongs for a long time. Take a lot of yogurt drinks. That could help to develop the good bacteria in the mouth.

Your symptoms came on too quick to even think of it being related to hiv. Symptoms don't mean a thing when it comes to hiv if you are going to get symptoms after being infected it would be 2-4 weeks later.
