I was donig more research about back pain and have read many times over that the multifidus muscle is a deep muscle in the back that supprts the spine. Is is said to restrenghten these muscles after a back injury to help the healing process. The thing is, I cant find any info on how to do this. I guess regular back exercise will not help because these muscles because they are very deep in the back. Does anyone know anything about this?
