Hi.

So after 5 hours waiting in the er, doubling over and crying every 10 or so minutes, I was given a 5 minute chat with my doctor who practically called me a liar and sent me home.

Help!!

First off, I do have ibs. I've been dealing with it since I was 12. I was recently perscribed paxil for the stomach pain, which is what was always the ibs, and the stomach pain has been relieved. That is not, however, what I was trying to figure out.

I saw a gastro. Found blood in my stool, did a colonoscopy and endoscopy. All clear.

I saw an internist. She gave me the paxil for the stomach aches. Ordered blood work and a gallbladder ultrasound(and the pressure killed). All clear. Still not okay.

I saw a surgeon. No stones, but a hida scan has been scheduled for friday.

Here's what i've been dealing with for the last month or two:

intense pain, mainly located in my right stomach, below rib cage, almost constant, but I have crazy attacks which make me unable to move, breathe, etc.

Appetite, lost.

Weird heat flashes where I go into a fever of about 100 and sweat outside. (it's winter in indiana...)

chest pains.

Constant, constant fatigue.

I can't sleep at night because of the pain, but even when I get a full nights sleep, I feel like i've been up for 3 days straight.

It just gets worse and worse the longer time goes by. Please, i'm desperate for any ideas you can give. I'm 19 years old, slightly overweight but very healthy(other than this) I can't keep living like this, this is no life at all.

I was on looking for help with y problem and read your post. I felt compelled to write and say that I sincerely hope that you get it solved soon. I know that it gets hard to deal with something that is undiagnosed, but keep trying. Good luck.
