Rash or STD? Head of the Penis Possible Infected Posted: 03-08-06 20:00pm
Okay, first off.. I am a 15 year old
male.. I have been having pre cum.. I have
been masturbating since the age of 10.. I
was just wondering if anyone could help me
with this..
This weekend I masturbated and I noticed
that I had this red mark on the tip of my
penis, and a little blister looking thing
on the skin.. (i have had this before and
I never really thought it was a problem)..
Then after words I realized that I have
maybe a discharge come out.. Clear one.. I
have had this rash problem right after I
masturbate ever couple weeks.. Sometimes
every month..
Does anyone know if this is a sign of an
std.. If so then please state which one.
Because I am a little worried and I dont
know what to do.. If not can you please
state if I just have a rash or
something..?
Please help me out and post back if you
have any questions..
Thanks

It seems that you are experiencing
inflammation of the skin on the head of
the penis (balano-postitis). There is
very small possibility of contracting an
STD without sexual contact with another
person. The inflammation could be a skin
allergy that has been complicated with an
infection. Infection is not always
transmitted from another person but it can
be endogenous (produced by growth from
your own deep tissue). You can visit a
dermatovenerologist who will help you
identify and treat the cause of this
inflammation.
