I lost my left tube when I had a ruptured etopic back in 1993. I haven't been pregnant since.

I was told that with only one tube my chances of getting pregnant again were fifty/fifty and the older I got the lower my chances got. (i'm now forty).
I am sure that isn't what you want to hear. I am sure that women have gotten pregnant and had successful deliveries with only one tube, I just happen to be one that it didn't happen for.

Do you know when your monthly cycle is on the good side and when its on the side with no tube? If you are aware of the times when the good side is releasing an egg, maybe you can get one of those fertility kits that help you pin point the days that you are the most fertile.
