Q: What to do About Painful Knots on the Back of My Shoulder

I am having painful knots on the back of my shoulders that feel like small balls of fire. I teach school and I drive alot though the week. Is there something I can do at night time to releave the pain?

You can seek the advice of your family doctor and ask about taking aspirin before sleeping to help relieve the pain. If this doesn’t help, you seek more advice and diagnosis from a specialist referral. It might help to engage in stress-reducing activities like massage, meditation, or yoga.
