I saw a post on another forum where a pharmacist said this....

"... One of the ingredients in ovulex is echinaceae purpurea. You have prolly all heard of echinaceae being used as a supplement for colds. How it works in colds is that it stimulates your immune system. This is the last thing we want to happen when we are ttc. Our bodies naturally decrease the activity of our immune system from ovulation to our period so that our bodies don't reject the fertilized egg when it implants in our uterus. Taking echinaceae could make our immune systems work so well that they stop our babies from implanting in the uterus. Trust me.... I wouldn't go anywhere near this stuff, and I know what i'm talking about."

is there any validity to her statement? Please respond!
