Hi there! Have you talked to your Dr. About this? A lot of females do have pms and do get depressed but this seems to go deeper than pms. Are you having a lot of stress in your life? Do you haave anyone to taalk to about your problems? Please, ssso not be ashaamed for asking ffor help, heck, we all need a little help sometimes in our lives! You should not be thinking that way as their are people that love and caare about you in your life and you would be hurting them if you did do something to youself.
Please take care! Feel free to vent! We are here for you!
Let us know what you find out on your negative pap, and why aren't they looking into it!

I'm currently seeking out help for this very same problem. I've been treated for Depression, but feel like it is related more to my period than anything else.

I've recently studied PMDD; which is a more severe case of pms...more life interrupting.

Couldn't hurt to ask your Doctor. I have an appt with mine in two days.

I'm wishing you luck--Wish me luck too!
