I'm 26 years old and i'm having issues
with my left cheek twiching. It's been
going on for about a week and has gotten
worse today. It feels like an eye twich,
but only on the cheek. I've also been
expierencing numbness or tingling in a
couple of my left toes. I'm not sure if
this is anything to worry about, or if
it's normal.

If you don't have any other health
condition in which spasms or numbness may
occur, then i'm thinking it must be due to
a vitamin deficiency.
I've heard that a lack of iron causes all
of the above including nose bleeds.
Hope i've helped

Also, it is perfectly normal to have an
occasional tingliness or numbness at any
joint or tissue in the body. It's either
a sign of growing, or a sign of
over-exertion.
