Q: Twitching And Numbness?

I'm 26 years old and i'm having issues with my left cheek twiching. It's been going on for about a week and has gotten worse today. It feels like an eye twich, but only on the cheek. I've also been expierencing numbness or tingling in a couple of my left toes. I'm not sure if this is anything to worry about, or if it's normal.
Confused

If you don't have any other health condition in which spasms or numbness may occur, then i'm thinking it must be due to a vitamin deficiency.

I've heard that a lack of iron causes all of the above including nose bleeds.

Hope i've helped

Also, it is perfectly normal to have an occasional tingliness or numbness at any joint or tissue in the body. It's either a sign of growing, or a sign of over-exertion.

under eye twitching
I also have under eye twitching, happens when I am really stress, like now with a new puppy dog, an older cat, two teen kids, in debt, and worring about keeping my job. Then drinking coffee every two hours. Today I finally decided to buy decaf, if I fall asleep it's okay because it's Saturday. This can last a few days to a few weeks or months. Have to be calm, stop worring, get in a routine sleep habit, at least an extra 1 hours per night, lower caffine if you can, and calm your nerves. Do not eat anything that gets your nerves stresses, no horror movies either. Takes a lot. Then is it does not go away go check you eye sight out. Can be reading the computer screen adding to the problem with those mentioned above, or new reading glasses maybe. Did not see a doctor about mine, but I've had this since my husband separated with me 7 years ago, I can say the nerves are overworked. I got it a few years ago and it lasted a week under eye. Then my lid once started, and it was worse then the under eye as people thought I was winking at them, really embarassing. You're not alone. I know. I read your question. Thanks for asking it because now I know I not alone either. God Bless. Winking in Toronto, well sort of.
