A man and a woman can change the way they taste with foods.
I think more men than woman. For example -
pineapple juice to make semen sweeter...Its just the sweet/bitter/saltiness that you can change.

Yes!
There are certain foods whose odours are secreted in body fluids. For example, there are some indian spices (turmeric, I think) that you can smell on people's skin the day after they've eaten it. One that is almost certain to turn up in vaginal fluids is asparagus -- and it can be a horrible smell!

Yeah, the above post is right. Most "normal" food will not affect it, but if you eat really spicy or stinky food (like garlic) it can smell when you sweat, so I don't see why it couldn't smell in your privates!! But, I personally have never noticed anything I ate altering my "smell".
