Endoscopy Is the Answer
Your best bet would be to have an endoscopy with biopsies. I was diagnosed with stomach cancer when I was 24, im 26 now and still batteling it. That is how they f9ound my stomach cancer. Unfortunately, a ct scan or a pet scan will only detect it if it already progressed into a late stage.

Why did they do a test on your to detect stomach cancer? Did you have weird pains or something ? Or were you just sick all the time?
