I'm young, active and eat as heathy as I can. But my hands have always been cold (most people say it's bad circulation) and lately they have been sore on top. It feels like the veins are about to explode and the tops of my hands are sore to the touch. It has only happened a few times but it's enough for me to look into it. Anybody have suggestions about what this might be and what I can do? Thanks... Tele
