Okay I am sick to death of my husband. I told you guys that we are separated right now bcos we've got a lot of issues going on and i've essentially been staying on my own for the past 2 mos of my pregnancy. My husband came to stay with me last week and help me out. Things were going fine and first and he was actually being helpful. I started to think that things were going to work out with us and then this blockhead *beep* *beep* starts right back to his old ways putting everything and everyone before his family. Grrrr! Needless to say he's gone again and I don't think that he's coming back again! Bcos I don't think i'll let him. Sorry, I just needed to vent.

I am sorry to hear of your and your hubby's problems, hun, but you have to look at it this way....What is best for your little skoot's future? If your husband is going to not be there for you during this time...The hardest time of your pregnancy, is he going to be there for your little one?

I will be honest with you...My husband has all the sudden gone haywire in the last two weeks. And I dont' know if he is going to straighten up soon. My husband has been making promises to me about doing things with me and then not doing them....Because of someone else. His friends want to do stuff....But me???? All I want to do is be normal. We were so used to the night life and because I have stopped wanting that lifestyle he has gotten board and goes out with our friends without me.

I have to tell myself that if he doesn't straighten up I am going to have to leave him because when he does that to our baby I am only going to blame myself.

Yeah that's part of hubby's problem. Friends, job, everything comes before me and the blue m&m. I'm sick of it. I don't understand how any one person could be that selfish. I'm his wife and he acts like it's unimportant, you know? Grrrr!!! Sometimes I wish that I had never met him at all!! But then again I wouldn't be having the blue m&m....Oh well, from every bad thing comes something good I guess...

I'm a little depressed and a whole lot tired, but other than that i'm doing pretty good. I have work to keep my mind off of things, plus i'm doing everything in the baby's room myself (making picture frames, crocheting blankies, painting trim, stitching bibs, etc). That definitely helps me to not think about it so much. Plus he does send me money to buy things for the baby (not a lot but it helps). Plus i've got my dogs! They're better company than my husband anyway.

I really hope so. I'm just supremely angry at him for being such an ... (oops, sorry). I just really wanted him to be a good father for the m&m and now I figure out that he's really a pathetic loser. He was always selfish but I didn't think that he could ever be this selfish before. Maybe i'll beat him up!

I am sooooo sorry things are not going so well in your relationship and all some men are just boys, it is just that their toys are more expensive when you get older. It is bad enough that your hormones are out of wack with being prenant and all but puttimg up with that stuff too is terrible, hopefully, he will wake up and smell the coffee before it is to late because a baby needs both of you, I do not care what anyone says! I do not like to de a pregnant mother-to-be under all of this stress as she is under enough already, it is not good for you or the baby to-be.
Please take care and breathe!
We are here for you!
It is o.K. To vent, I have big shoulders!
What kind of dogs do you have?(i am an animal lover)

Yeah I figure it's better to vent than to sit at home seriously depressed, ya know? You ladies are the greatest support system (much better than my non pregnant friends who have no idea what i'm going through right now physically and emotionally). I'm glad that I found this site! Thanks so much you all for letting me vent and responding to my freak session, all this understanding makes me feel a little better about the whole situation. Knowing that somebody understands how hard it is just to be pregnant, let alone dealing with colossal marital and work stress is really gratifying. Okay, i'm getting all emotional now...Sniff. Hugs and kisses to all my efriends!! :)

I still want to hear about your dogs, after all they are your children too! Thank goodness we do not have to give birth to them but we are just as responsible for them.

i have one amstaff mix and one pure amstaff (pits). They are my babies!! I've had the oldest one (2yrs 1 mo old) since she was 6 wks. They are the greatest things that ever happened in my life!!! They know when i'm sad, or when I need to play. They are so sensitive to my moods. My girl will climb up to stand on my lap when i'm crying and lick my face (it's yucky but it always makes me smile) and then she'll lay down right beside me and whine until I stop and hug her. It's like me feeling bad makes her feel bad too. My boy dog is such a trip. He knows how to give kisses so he'll do that if I cry and then chase his tail so i'll laugh at him. Then they'll get their rope and bring it to me to play three way tug of war...

i know how you feel, my hubby was so wonderful at first and sooo supportive and now he does everything for everyone else. I do know how you feel. Although mine still lives at home but I have to worry about him not coming home or staying out all night. Again I know how you feel.
