I have a sharp stabbing pain in my hip off and on thats been occurring since about 8 months ago. It's mostly when I am sitting or lying but gets worse (more frequent) after excercise or a lot of walking. The only things I can think to possibly relate it to, is that I have bad circulation that causes pain in my leg once in a while , or the fact that I had vascular purpura as a child that left me imobile for about 6 months due to severe joint pain all over. However, the hip and leg pain is always only on my left side. I'm only 26, not over weight, and can't figure out any reason for this.
