No, they changed the law now. Now, even
if you do give him concent for the sex, he
can still go to jail. Why? Cuz police
now a days think that he could have like,
brain-washed you and gotten things in your
mind. Sort of like manipulating you, you
know? Now, their taking it that way. So,
he can still go to jail for statitory
rape. You know, I can also go to jail for
statitory rape cuz my b/f is bearly 17 and
im going to turn 18. And I live in cali.

Dalacia is 17 and married
so it doesnt matter what age her husband
is even if he was 50 since when her legal
gaurdians gave her consent to get married
it emancipated her
