My girlfriend is 16, 5'11" and weighs about 127 lbs. She has a lot of things which I think are problems and I can't seem to figure out what's causing it all. She is always cold. She has irregular periods and light mentrual flow. She is often very hungry and eats a lot (as a vegetarian). She bruises very easily and the bruises often remain for an unusually long period of time. She experiences headaches and dizziness on a regular basis, often when sitting up too quickly. She is drowsy oft times and falls asleep on the phone as early as 9 pm. Any ideas or interpretations would be greatly appreciated.

She cold be anemic for bruising easily and easily tired. But I would try to get a blood test. It could be something more serious. I don't want to scare you, but just to be on the safe side. Good luck. =d

If she is a vegaterian, maybe its her diet thats the source of the problem.

She probably needs some vitamin and iron supplements to help her out to make up for what she's not getting by eating red meat.
