Yes you can. All you need to do to get pregnant is have some cum or precum get near your genitals.

Yes. But im sure its a rare feat. If say a guy cums on his fingers than stick them in your vagina...That could get your pregnant. But the chances are slim.

According to a lil video posted by kimmeh on the teen forum you can get pregnat if sperm touches anywhere in the vulva area cuz sperm can swim up so he didnt have to put his fingers in you just get sperm in the area
