I have never done this before and would
really like to try although I know it is
one of the more serious things you can do.
I was wondering if anyone knew of some
good kits or recepies or just had info on
what is the best way to go? If your
wondering I mean to cleans the toxins in
the body not an addiction problem.

You should buy the book "the tao of
health, sex, and longevity". There are a
lot of different programs listed in that
book from a day fast, week fast, or even
month fast. It gives you a good idea of
what herbs to take to provide your body
with proper nutrition during the fasting
process, etc. I found it to be helpful.
