Hi,
i am 44 years old and just got over 5 days of the worst head cold of my life. I was taking sudafed 60 mgs 4 x day along with robitussin cf as recommended by a pharmacist. I started getting better when I started feeling a blockage in my right ear (i feel like i'm in a tunnel). Just yesterday, I noticed blood out of my right ear. Could this be a ruptured ear drum? It is not painful, therfore I have not been to see a Dr.

I would contact a dr just to make sure. Bleeding from the ear cannot be a good sign. It is usually a sign of a head injury which could mean that something ruptured. If left untreated, it could lead to possible hearing loss.

my son used to get those. It is a severe ear infection. You will need some form of antibiotic.
