Every morning I wake up and my tounge is
so dry it feels like sand paper. What is
making my tounge so dry? I am up three
to four times a night to get a drink of
water and still my mouth/tounge is
extremely dry.

Two things come straight to my mind, which
at 2.40am is amazing in itself!! But have
you considered an allergy? Or do you
clean your teeth & use a mouthwash
right before bed this might help unless
you recently changed one or both in which
case >>> allergy?? Some drinks
make my mouth dry, think about what you
drink during the day lastly -->> the
onset of diabetes can cause this. So see
a Dr.
