During gonorrhea the urethral discharge is yellow-green and present all the time in large amounts. People with gonorrhea also experience a pain in the urethra, especially during the act of urination. The head of the penis and the skin above it become inflamed and painful to the touch. In your case, if there is no pain in the penis or painful urination...there probably isn’t an urethral infection present. Urethral discharge is not always caused by infection. Masturbation, riding a bike or horse, irritating substance(s) in food (cocoa, beer, wine, pepper, etc.) can cause hyper-secretion of the urethral glands that manifest as urethral discharge.
