My boy freind gets turned on in his sleep from another women he must dream of of some one realy special we dont have sex so him dream of this other girl must make him jerk off or some thing

All men get an erection while they sleep.... It doesn't necessarily mean that he is thinking of another woman while he is sleeping. But it could. Who knows.
