Hi there, this is my first time posting on a forum but one of my buddies suggested doing it for getting some help on fixing my car so I figured i'd try it here aswell.

Since december, around christmas i've started to notice abnormal abdominal characteristics, like bowel movements, resulting in squeaks and sounds similar to those as pasing gas, happening within my abdomen, but not resulting in any passing of gas. It generally does not hurt but results in discomfort more than anything. I mainly notice it at night after a long day and sleeping on my back makes it more noticable so I have started sleeping on my side. My stomach begins to feel tight and any pressure against my stomach feels more sensitive but not painful. I do feel bloated at times and seem to pass gas more often. Its not painful or anything, just disconcerning and I worry about it because I dont understand what it happening, was hoping somebody might have some insight on the issue.

I have been to a doctor about this and we did blood work, twice, took a stool and uring sample and did an ultrasound and he was unable to detect anything abnormal in any of the tests and decided I should see a surgeon about it, but my meeting with them is in may. I'm 21, student, not stressed and in good shape, play sports or work out mostly everyday. I do engage in binge drinking on the odd weekend, not one for drugs. Do have normal stools

sometimes do receive the odd sting of pain closer to my pelvis area, and seems to be either in my anus just deep to the anus, or below my belly button but above my penis, I guesse when the bladder is. These are rare and go just as quick as they came, dont know if they are related.

Mainly concerned with the increase in noisy bowl movements, felt from the intestines, not the stomach.

Thanks, I think it might have something to do with my liver possibly? I do experience slight discomfort more on the right side, just around the lower end of my rib cage. Like a tight feeling, but its more on my side than on my back or front.
