I'm not sure how long it will take me as this is my first, but I don't plan on worrying about the weight at all. I've gain just over 30 with this twit...So I figure once she is born (she is average size) that'll be about 6-8 pounds gone, then in my book it says that 1-2 pounds go to the placenta, 2 pounds in amniotic fluid...So right there that is like 9-12 pounds gone, and then the rest naturally goes away shortly after (because pounds get made up in water weight, and extra blood volume) I plan on breast feeding which needs an extra 200 calaries more per day then I need right now while preg (ack!) but breast feeding helps shrink your uterus back to size and loose weight faster...So I just figure that i'll be back to looking fairly regular in a couple months.

Just keep active and make healthy choices and you should go back within a couple months.

Good luck.

This is afterall a teen pregnancy forum...If you dont wanna talk about it stop making posts.

God did you a favor, thank him for it.

You're obviously way too immature to handle the responsibilities of a little one anyways.

That's what I was thinking..

She doesn't have enough sense to go to the hospital when she doesnt feel her baby move for over a day but yet she was due the 22nd like me and I have been doing kick counts for 3 weeks.

My doctor told me "10 kicks in an hour, if you fail the kick counts go straight to the doctor"

everynight I lay down for an hour, drink a huge glass of water and count the kicks to make sure he's okay. If I didn't feel him kick and was even slightly worried i'd be at the hospital...No way in hell i'd wait like 4 days until my appointment.
