Q: How to Tell If It's Sinus Or Tension?

I get both types somewhat often, and the pain is sometimes "similar." sometimes, the tension headache sits at the back of my head, above my neck. Other times, it sits in my forehead, near where my sinus headaches hurt me.

It's hard to tell the difference between the two types of pain. Is there a way? I don't want to take a sinus pill if it isn't going to help!
