im a skinny runt with a bit of muscle
i am not bad at attracting the ladies but I do want to be bigger
us two just have a different body structure
there are 3 different types were the skinny ones which dont put on muscle easily
i cant put on weight at all im 6 foot 3 and 10 stone lol!
Try eating extra bowl of breakfast before bed
over eating stuff like pasta and meats (which will help muscles)
and work out!!! For the muscles the most important thing is not to miss meals like I do!
Eating snacks between meals puts on weight quite heavily
the main problem is putting on weight without being an acme face! Lol
just eat healthily but a lot of it
