Hi all, I am new to this board, thank heavens not new to forums, I did do some searching but just didn't get what I was looking for. I have depression/anxiety/stress and take wellbutrin 150 mg & effexor 75 mg, narcolepsy - I take provigal 200 mg and add - adderall xr 30mg.

I also take way to many vitamins in the morning
b-6 - 200 mg
b-12 1000 mg
chromium pic - 400 mg
zinc - 25 mg
selenium - 200 mg
relora - 250 mg
5 htp - 50 mg
multi-enzyme tablet 2 times a day
green tea capsules

i think that is it. The vitamins I am taking to help lose weight and to up my serotonin level.

I apologize ahead of time if getting info on the internet would have been easy for me to look up, with my add I can't seem to finish things I start, sometimes I can get very focused and be the exact opposite, just not working for me this time.....And I know that some of these vitamins have to be canceling out the other ones....Have told my doctor that I am taking all this stuff and he didn't seem concerned, I did ask him about the b vitamin shot you can get, that at least would help get rid of some of the pills in the morning.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!

What you are doing is treating the symptoms of your problems. Unfortunately doctors are the leaders in treatment of symptoms but they know little in the prevention of these ailments. You need to do more research--try in order to learn the things that are not being told through the mainstream media. For an excellent whole food vitamin and to learn more about vitamins go to

Hi there! Do not worry about getting confused, we all do that, it s human nature to me. Have you tried the generic vitamins such as the type that you find at walmart they say they are similar to centrum or theragram-m.

You might even get a second opinion in regards to the other meds you are taking and see if you can get into a support group that will help you more
although I am not a dr, I work in the medical field and I realize that one m
med can lead to another and another, etc., I feel their are other answers too! I too have medical situations so I understand where you are coming from.

The best to you!

Wow, how do you do it?!? I just got diagnosed with add and while my psychiatrist friend I would only need mediocre medication, i've never been a big fan of 'medicine'. I found a natural substance that my last roommate used to take: native remedies- focus addult. It works well for me since my add isn't all that severe. As for vitamins-- my brother in law introduced to me a low cost one that does it all and I might also say better than those expensive ones in stores like gnc and what not. I've tried a couple off their shelves and it was pretty... Bleghh. My husband takes their protein stuff and from what I can tell i'd say they do the trick though. This is the link that I bought my vitamins through; I think you should give it a shot. It would definitely lighten your morning load. Hope that helps you a little Smile
